Keep the vault free. Add Intelligence when it earns its place.
Vault is a dependable pet-oriented drive with manual organisation and access to your records. Intelligence unlocks every AI feature, more pets, and substantially more storage.
A generous welcome, without a card trial
A verified new account receives 50 one-time credits to try the full Intelligence pipeline and temporary capacity for 5 pets. Temporary pet capacity ends when those credits reach zero or after 90 days. Your records are never hidden or deleted; pets above your permanent limit become read, export, or delete only.

NZ$18/month or NZ$180/year
One personal-account license includes five pets, 50 GB, all Intelligence features, and 100 credits refreshed monthly. The annual price is equivalent to NZ$15 per month. The rate stays while the membership remains continuously active.
Add only the capacity you need
Add-ons work with Vault or Intelligence. Self-service accounts are capped at 20 pets, 500 GB, and 10 caregivers.
Capacity add-ons are fully additive and billed independently. Starting or ending Intelligence does not change their quantity or price, and there is no membership-floor calculation.
Need more Intelligence?
Active Intelligence members can buy 100 non-expiring boost credits for NZ$15. Boost credits pause if membership ends and are available again when Intelligence resumes.
One credit means one fully processed page
That includes reading the record, visit separation, evidence-linked facts, and grounded visit summaries. A health summary costs 3 credits and a premium report costs 5. Failed attempts say no credits used.
Clinic Access remains free
Verified clinics can request and receive owner-controlled records without owning the source record or consuming the owner's AI credits.
